I'm Melissa, Director and professional graphic designer with over 29 years of experience. In 2009, Graphika was started in Newcastle, NSW to create a work-life balance for me and my family. 17 years later, it is an award-winning agency that has worked with hundreds of small and medium businesses, government departments, and corporates.

Do I need the strategy package before a logo?
Not always, but we'll always recommend it if your brand needs work first. A great brand is built on a clear strategy. We'll tell you honestly after an initial call what order makes sense for your situation.
Can you do the whole rebrand — strategy, logo, and website?
Yes, and this is exactly what we do and it's where we do our best work. When strategy, design, and development are handled under one roof, everything is consistent and nothing gets lost in translation. Ask us about our full brand and website package.
How long does a website project take?
We'll give you a clear timeline in your proposal before anything starts.
We already have branding — can you just build the website?
Absolutely. We work with existing brands all the time. We'll do a quick brand audit at the start to make sure the site we build is doing your brand justice.
How does the ongoing design retainer work?
You get a set number of design hours each month, a dedicated strategy call, and priority turnaround on all requests. It's the most cost-effective way to keep your brand consistent and your collateral current without hiring in-house.
Do you work with clients outside of your city?
Yes — we work with clients across Australia and worldwide. All strategy sessions and reviews are conducted via video call. Distance has never been a barrier to great work. :)
